Terms and Conditions

Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. Made to order items will ship in 4-6 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defected. We strive to do everything we can in order to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with our products, please contact us with a detailed description explaining the issue.

Damages and Defects
If you receive a damaged piece in the mail, please take a photo and reach out to us within 72 hours. We will issue you a shipping label to return to us. Item must be unused.

We will send out a replacement if it is in stock or within 4-6 weeks. If the customer prefers not to wait, we can issue a store credit.

Nature of Handmade Process 
Please remember that everything is handmade, so variation in color, size and shape can sometimes occur. Sometimes photographs will not be of the specific item that you may purchase, but of one in the same clay, color and design. Please be mindful of this. We will of course endeavor to make sure that we get each design as close as possible to the original photograph.
